Asset Management

Depending on you Asset Manager we can generally integrate seamlessly information to and from. Depending on your precise needs the integration may take several forms and fulfil several tasks including:

WorkXact recieve a new job from the asset manager, complete the job and send back the work performed and costs associated.
As internal assets are utililised or serviced the details may be linked and sent back to the asset manager.
Specific work instructions or service requirements are attached to the asset and need to be interrogated and brought into WorkXact prior to dispatching details out to field engineers
Past works history on an asset may be required each time the asset is worked on within WorkXact.

CRM

Similar to Asset Manager requirements and integration needs are very varied for CRM WorkXact integration. Some of the tasks we have been requested to integrate are:

Select new customer from the CRM system for the purposes of creating an estimate
Create a link within CRM so that customer balanaces and Works history can be seen
Validate customer details and adjust change details in either system depeding on the date the details were updated
Create a link in CRM which initiates a new job within WorkXact but keeps the sales people out of the works management system.
