The WorkXact support team have the technical knowledge and personable nature to make WorkXact a huge financial success in you organisation. In each phase of your WorkXact deployment and subsequent support our support team are focused on the goal of streamlining your business processes and giving your employees and management the knowledge and tools to make it a success.
The task types undertaken by our support division are:
- WorkXact is easy to use but only as good as the knowledge of the users. We provide both onsite and online training. Online training and internal training for our customer is managed using Videos to demonstrate processes and tasks within WorkXact.
- By carefully following the implementation rollout plan, our support team will ensure that WorkXact is operational within your business with minimal disruption to your business and within the budgeted timeframe.
Remote support is available between the hours of 8.30am - 5.30pm. Our support helpdesk number is: 03 52 213 746 and based in Geelong. Our helpdesk use some fantastic "tools' or remote support but should onsite assistance be required it can also be organised.
Although not directly within the support team our developers work closely with support members during all stages of the deployment of WorkXact. Any development, customisation, integration or changes to WorkXact should be discussed firstly with the help desk who will then involve the development team
